Seeking a well-groomed, highly discreet, and service-oriented TEA CAFFEE Boy/Girl to provide day-to-day hospitality support and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have impeccable manners, strong attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality Services:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including different types of coffee (espresso, Turkish, Arabic, etc.), tea, and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Set up meeting rooms before and after appointments, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.

Office Cleanliness and Upkeep:

• Supervise external cleaning staff to ensure all areas of the office are consistently tidy and presentable.
• Handle light cleaning duties such as wiping surfaces, refilling supplies, and tidying common areas.

Errands and Administrative Support:

• Run small errands (courier drop-off, collection of items, basic shopping) when required.
• Monitor and replenish pantry, toiletries, and office supplies.

Professional Conduct and Appearance:

• Maintain a polished, neat appearance and demonstrate excellent personal hygiene.
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding the activities and individuals within the family office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within high-standard environments (private office, hospitality, luxury retail, or similar).
• Strong understanding of etiquette, personal presentation, and protocol.
• Good command of English (spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and composure.
• Knowledge of professional coffee preparation techniques is highly preferred.
• Trustworthy, respectful, and reliable.

Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
