- Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality social media content (photos, videos, reels, short-form) for real estate marketing
Develop platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Write engaging captions, scripts, and strong CTAs to drive leads
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns and property launches
Execute property shoots, lifestyle content, and promotional materials
Collaborate with marketing & sales teams for campaign-driven content
Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms
Track and analyze performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and social media management platforms
Optimize content using trends, algorithms, hashtags, and SEO best practices
