Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong international focus, specifically targeting markets in Russia, Turkey, and China. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract international investors, build PSI&aposs global brand presence, and drive sales in key real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities: Market-Specific Strategy & Campaigns- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to Russian, Turkish, and Chinese investor profiles.
- Localize campaigns considering cultural, linguistic, and consumer behavior nuances.
- Oversee translation and adaptation of all marketing materials for the target regions.
- Drive international lead generation through digital channels, expos, roadshows, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional sales targets.
- Manage international digital campaigns (Google Ads, Baidu, WeChat, VK, Instagram, etc.) to attract overseas buyers.
- Optimize marketing funnels for international traffic and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reports on ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics.
- Build strategic relationships with international agents, embassies, consulates, and investor networks.
- Represent PSI at global real estate exhibitions, summits, and investor forums in the target regions.
- Analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and regulatory environments in Russia, Turkey, and China.
- Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on opportunities and risks in each region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or investment sectors.
- Proven success in managing international marketing campaigns.
- Native or fluent in Russian, Turkish, or Mandarin (at least one language required).
- Deep understanding of the cultural and economic drivers in the target markets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms relevant to the regions (e.g., WeChat, VK, Douyin).
- Experience in working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Real estate marketing experience in high-value or luxury property segments.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.
