Job Description
A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Legal Counsel for its Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Act as a key legal advisor to executive leadership and the Board, providing strategic guidance on complex and high-impact matters.
- Lead negotiation and execution of major commercial agreements and strategic transactions.
- Oversee enterprise-wide legal risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Manage high-stakes disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel.
- Support M&A activity, joint ventures, and corporate structuring initiatives.
- Shape and implement legal strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain internal policies, contractual standards, and governance procedures.
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments and advise on business impact.
- Ensure the legal function delivers proactive, commercially focused support across the organisation.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in law. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are a must.
