The key objectives for this role are:
- Review and correctly interpret the electrical drawings (P&ID, ISO, GA).
- Work with site teams on fit up and welding with approved procedures.
- Site testing experience with electrical.
- Work with flange management procedures.
- Instrument installation.
- Supervise and approve construction activities and coordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required.
- Implement Wood standardized construction work processes, procedures, manuals and systems and execute the systems of control for each construction activity in his area.
- Organize, coordinate and supervise construction activities in accordance with construction schedules, monitor and review so as to complete the works on time and within budget.
- Resolve difficulties and problems in discussion with contractor representatives and, if necessary, also with the construction superintendent.
- Assist, as required, the construction warehouse organization with inspection of material and equipment received and the preventive maintenance of equipment stored.
- Handle all aspects of electrical construction activities including site investigations and site surveys.
- Work closely with other client construction supervisors (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Instrument).
- Report to client senior construction supervisor on main issues, events at the site, progress reporting, trends and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with client and construction personnel to ensure the client's input and job requirements are adequately addressed and implemented consistently with the contractual requirements.

Expected:
- Degree or diploma in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years in oil & gas project construction and execution.
- Middle East experience and knowledge of Arabic culture preferable.
- Experience in brown and greenfield construction projects.
