Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Systems Administrator based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Systems Administrator will oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, support day-to-day system operations, and address all technical issues as they arise.Responsibilities include system and network administration, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring system security and efficiency. The role also involves providing technical support to team members and implementing necessary system upgrades.
Qualifications- Proficient in System Administration and maintenance tasks
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving IT-related issues
- Knowledge of Network Administration and design
- Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a Systems Administrator role is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are advantageous
