Job Description

Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, making quick and effective decisions to keep projects on track.
• Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contract terms, manage project budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry preferably in the ready-mix concrete.
• At least 15 years experience.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in progress reporting and project documentation.
• Knowledge of contract management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
