Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing pest control company in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pest control sales, a strong command of English, and solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients (residential and commercial).
- Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and report on market trends and competition.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in pest control sales in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong knowledge of local market and sales practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
