The Branding Officer at The Blue Lotus will be the creative and strategic force behind the club’s brand identity. This role is responsible for crafting a visual and narrative presence that reflects the exclusivity, refinement, and prestige of the club.From content creation to PR coordination, the Branding Officer ensures that all internal and external communications align with the luxury tone and strategic goals of The Blue Lotus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage consistent brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identityLead design and content creation for social media, website, print materials, newsletters, and club communications
Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media outreach, interviews, and influencer campaigns
Ensure brand alignment across all digital and offline channels, member experiences, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate closely with the sales and events teams to develop compelling marketing materials and event branding
Monitor engagement metrics and brand sentiment to continuously refine branding and content strategy
Manage external vendors, creative partners, and media agencies when required
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectorsStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in content creation, brand storytelling, and visual identity
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal, with strong storytelling ability
Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and commercial goals
Aesthetic sensibility aligned with high-end and luxury brand presentation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing influencer partnerships or luxury brand collaborations
Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital advertising toolsFamiliarity with CRM and content planning platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Later, Canva Pro)
Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
