Duties & Responsibilities
Attending all Electrical complaints major or minor complaints Checking all areas (garden) lights regularly Servicing of all Electrical DB’s (monthly), Servicing of all HV & LV rooms. Servicing and testing without load standby generators of JAH/ PTC (weekly ) Servicing all indoor and outdoor camera’s and laying new cable for new camera’s Servicing and testing all emergency exit lights (weekly), Servicing of all kitchen insect Monthly) Attend firefighting complaints, Servicing and replacing fuse bulb in COE football pitch, Tennis Court and Driving range pole light.Qualifications:
Electrical / Certified Trade license 5 years' experience in previous Hospitality 5 years' experience with 5-star Hotels/Hospital/shopping mall /Facility Mngt. & Residential bldg. Intermediate Good in English communication (English 1)
