Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of landscaping work.
- Ensure all landscaping activities comply with project plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Document and report any defects or non-compliance issues.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
- Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and engineers to address and resolve landscaping issues.
- Verify that all landscaping materials and equipment meet quality standards.
- Oversee the safety of landscaping operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations related to landscaping.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a landscape inspector or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Relevant certification (e.g., certified landscape inspector) is preferred.
- Degree in landscape architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
