Site Landscape Architect

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of landscaping work.
• Ensure all landscaping activities comply with project plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Document and report any defects or non-compliance issues.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
• Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and engineers to address and resolve landscaping issues.
• Verify that all landscaping materials and equipment meet quality standards.
• Oversee the safety of landscaping operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
• Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations related to landscaping.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a landscape inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Relevant certification (e.g., certified landscape inspector) is preferred.
• Degree in landscape architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
