Responsibilities
This role will support brokerage activities by assisting and completing special projects as assigned in order to support quality decision-making by clients and the brokerage team. The ideal candidate will execute on the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy:
- Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning capabilities.
- Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models, running ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Assist with the preparations of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
- Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client.
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models.
- Read and review real estate documents (i.e., leases, operating expense statements, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients.
- Desktop research for available units across Abu Dhabi, included but not limited to: online portals, brokers, developers, government entities, etc.
- Field research for specific project requirements across Abu Dhabi, included but not limited to: payment surveys, building occupancy surveys, broker offices, developer offices, government offices, etc.
- Presentation of options and site selection/negotiation.
- Organize historical client contact/activity.
- Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.
- Review and analyze client's quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other material as part of the project due diligence process.
- Serve as a technology champion for JLL market-level software programs used in brokerage.
- All other duties and tasks assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Entry level to 3 years in commercial real estate.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate it into strategic deliverables.
- Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload.
- A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
