About the Role:

Babyshop, the region's leading children's retail brand, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our UAE Marketing team. This role plays a key part in executing localized marketing initiatives, driving brand partnerships, and delivering engaging customer experiences both in-store and beyond.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns, attract new customers, and boost visibility in a highly competitive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support, Media Coordination & Budget Tracking
  • Assist in executing retail marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal calendars and business goals
  • Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for timely rollouts and media bookings
  • Create end of campaign analysis and reports
  • Monitor budget utilization, raise POs, and ensure documentation is in place for all marketing spends
Events, Activations & Customer Engagement
  • Plan and execute in-store events and activations to enhance customer engagement and support new customer acquisition objectives
  • Identify and evaluate relevant external events, exhibitions, and sponsorship opportunities that align with Babyshop's brand values and target audience.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless participation, on-brand visibility, and effective execution.
  • Manage logistics, brand representation, and post-event analysis to measure performance & deliverables
Brand Partnerships & Tieups
  • Execute brand collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement during key trade moments
  • Support the development of alliances with hospitals, schools, and institutions to expand brand outreach and awareness
Local Store Marketing & Mall Relationships
  • Support the development of hyperlocal marketing initiatives to improve store-level performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mall marketing teams to explore joint promotions and mall-led activations
Reporting, Insights & Market Intelligence
  • Compile reports on campaign performance, events, and store-level marketing efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and evolving market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Share insights and learnings with internal teams to support ongoing strategy refinement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer-facing sectors in the UAE.
  • Strong skills in reporting, data interpretation, and campaign tracking.Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, dashboards, and project management systems.

Candidates with high proficiency in Arabic language is preferred
