Guildhall is partnering with a fast-growing climate-tech SaaS company that helps finance teams manage carbon-credit transactions. Their platform integrates with ERP/GL systems, automates reconciliations, and delivers audit-ready compliance and sustainability reporting for CFOs, Treasury, and Finance leaders.
We are hiring an Account Executive / Sales Manager to join their commercial team in Dubai (or GCC-based with relocation). This role is ideal for SaaS sales professionals experienced in finance-stack solutions, ERP, treasury, or ESG platforms who want to accelerate their career at the intersection of finance, technology, and climate impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, qualify, and close new business across the GCC region.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
- Generate pipeline through outbound efforts and deliver outcome-focused demos.
- Engage senior Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Sustainability leaders, positioning the platform as a solution for compliance and risk reduction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quota while maintaining strong forecasting, CRM, and pricing discipline.
- Stay ahead of GCC finance/ESG regulations and represent the company at industry events and within partner ecosystems.
- This is a high-impact sales role offering strong earning potential, equity participation, and the chance to contribute to both business growth and climate outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or ERP/finance software sales.
- Proven track record of meeting quotas (with evidence).
- Strong knowledge of finance workflows (journals, reconciliations, VAT, audit).
- Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to close.
- Based in UAE/GCC with valid right-to-work or relocation readiness.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
- Experience selling ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP ByD).
- Exposure to VAT/e-invoicing or tax-tech solutions.
- Familiarity with ESG/carbon accounting frameworks (Scope 1–3, assurance, audit).
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPICED).
