Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for digital campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct in-depth research to produce authoritative and well-researched articles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, ensuring consistency in quality and tone.
• Assign content projects, set deadlines, and review work to ensure high standards.
• Provide editorial guidance, feedback, and training to improve the teams writing skills.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other departments to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in content marketing.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search rankings.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in creative content writing, with a strong portfolio in ad copies, editorials, and blog management.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of content writers.
• Excellent command of English with strong storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
