MEP Engineer - Abu Dhabi

Employment: Full Time

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse fitout projects in a dynamic environment.

• Coordinate and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on site.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to optimize system designs and resolve any technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during all phases of work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and on-site teams.
• Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer in contracting and fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards applicable to the UAE.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
• Professional certification or licensure in engineering is preferred.
