Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai and is commission-based. The Property Consultant will manage the full property sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers.
Daily tasks include building and maintaining a personal client portfolio, providing guidance on market trends, and advising clients on suitable properties for purchase, lease, or investment. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial inquiry to closing.

The Property Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining updated property listings, attending networking events, and representing DRE professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong client-facing skills in Consulting and Customer Service, with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
  • Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Real Estate knowledge, ideally with experience in the Dubai property market, including residential and/or commercial sales and leasing.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
