Advocate

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced Advocate / Legal Advisor to manage and handle the legal matters of our company. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and representing the company in legal proceedings when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company management.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Handle company legal cases, disputes, and litigation matters.
• Ensure the company complies with local laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, courts, and legal departments.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Maintain legal records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid license to practice law (UAE preferred).
• Experience in corporate legal matters and contract management.
• Good knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a corporate lawyer or legal advisor.
• Knowledge of business, labor, and commercial law.
