Accounts Assistant (Temporary)

Salary: AED 3,000 4,000 per month

Overview:

This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records such as vouchers, receipts, invoices, and statements.
• Organize and update both hard copy and digital files to ensure a structured and efficient retrieval system.
• Ensure timely access to records for internal departments, auditors, or external parties when required.
• Follow company policies on document handling, archiving, and confidentiality.
• Support the finance team with any other clerical or administrative accounting tasks as assigned.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor&aposs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in a similar accounting support or clerical role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and document filing procedures.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and document management tools.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Must be available to join immediately and based in the UAE.
