Job Description

Are you an SAP expert with strong procurement and supply chain experience We&aposre looking for a SAP ERP Procurement Specialist to lead ERP support, drive innovation, and guide business users in optimizing SAP functionality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP support team, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
• Provide technical consultancy across at least two logistics-related SAP modules (Procurement, EAM, Production, Inventory).
• Specialize in core SAP Procurement functions: Purchase Requisitions, Material Master, Material Planning, Contract & Release Order Management, Supplier Evaluations.
• Oversee process design and continuous improvements related to supply chain, plant maintenance, and production.
• Guide business stakeholders on SAP best practices and drive adoption.
• Manage escalations and complex business scenarios.
• Prioritize, schedule, and oversee tasks and resources for the SAP team.
• Develop and maintain a long-term ERP strategy aligned with business goals.
• Generate regular reports and updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with headquarters on business enhancements and digital initiatives.
• Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing, order confirmation, service entry, and invoice creation.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support management decision-making.
• Manage project risks, documentation, and benefits realization.
• Promote consistent project management methodologies and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Provide training on SAP and project management best practices.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP logistics modules.
• Leadership in ERP strategy, team management, and process improvements.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Ariba and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing ERP projects from initiation to closure.
