What You Will Do- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
- Manage the host/hostess and reservations team, training and supervising staff to maintain excellent service.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and manage table allocations to optimize restaurant capacity.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in the managerial role from 2 yesrs and above.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Experience in front-of-house operations in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Japanese.
