About The Role

Join the team at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi!

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our leisure facilities, ensuring seamless entry for all guests while delivering exceptional care. You will actively engage with guests to provide detailed information about shows, attractions, and services, enhancing their overall experience.
This role involves selling tickets and products via POS systems, managing cash transactions securely, and maintaining operational efficiency in guest services areas. Your proactive approach will resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to company policies, and you will contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Working outdoors in varied weather conditions, you will also manage emergency situations and participate in evacuations as needed, ensuring guest safety remains a top priority.

What You'll Do

Guest Engagement & Information
  • Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, engaging each individual to understand and address their unique needs
  • Provide comprehensive details on pricing, promotions, shows, and services to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly in alignment with company complaint policies
Sales & Transactions
  • Sell tickets and products through a computerized POS system, handling cash, vouchers, credit cards, and foreign currencies
  • Balance cash drawers accurately at the start and end of shifts, ensuring timely remittance of sales
  • Upsell and cross-sell products, activities, and services to drive additional revenue
Operational Management
  • Efficiently manage queue lanes and turnstiles to facilitate smooth guest entry and exit
  • Oversee guest services operational areas, including lost and found counters, adhering to company policies
  • Conduct guest surveys using provided tablets to gather feedback and improve service quality
Safety & Emergency Response
  • Maintain awareness of emergency protocols and act swiftly to ensure guest safety during incidents
  • Participate in evacuations (drills or real) as required to uphold safety standards
  • Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience

What We're Looking For

Essential
  • Higher secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of operational experience in guest or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer knowledge for POS and survey systems
  • Genuine willingness and ability to engage and entertain guests
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work conditions and demands
  • High levels of respect and integrity in all interactions
Desirable
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese languages
