Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent. The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Secondary Market Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the secondary market.This includes managing property listings, scheduling viewings, negotiating deals, handling paperwork, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The role requires excellent customer service skills to provide a seamless experience for clients and maintaining an updated knowledge of the local real estate market.
Qualifications- Knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and regulations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and client relationship management skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with property management software and tools
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
- Real estate license or certification (as required by local regulations)
