• Strategic planning - Support procurement management in strategic decision-making through thorough analysis of business needs and supply markets.

• Preferred 12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Minimum: Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering field.
• Preferred: Professional CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) qualification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with procurement ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in sourcing and procurement strategies and techniques.
• Procurement software proficiency: Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilizing procurement software and systems, such as ERP and e-procurement platforms, to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize procurement operations.
• Legal and regulatory compliance: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring strict adherence to relevant standards and requirements to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Budget management: Exhibits strong skills in managing procurement budgets, effectively controlling costs, and implementing strategies to achieve cost savings.
