Job Description
Process transactions / applications in a timely and efficient manner to ensure adherence to internal procedures and provision of a high-quality service to internal customers.- Receives and inspects the documents submitted by the customers/agent to ensure that all documents are complete as per the standard requirements for processing the transactions. (Registrations / Amendments / Liquidation / Mortgages) on Onshore & Offshore. Seek approval from Management to complete the company transactions.
- Enters company organizational, financial information data and any changes related to Onshore & Offshore example (Transfer of share, change of board member/shareholder, change of company name, Financial Balance Sheet/ Audit Report, increase/decrease share capital, change of legal status. Etc) system to ensure the record are update completely and timely.
- Answers to escalated inquiry from sales team, customer call center etc., for questions / clarifications / follows up raised by the customers/local agents that requires more in depth information.
- Check daily the customer's request (online / front desk) for letters and attestations and coordinate with back/front office to process the online request, process the customer's request for front office submission.
- Issue the letters and attestation within the time frame.
- Liaise with government entities to seek for approvals on regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, admin to seek approval in certain transactions or update the customer's information in their system.
- Liaise with company's representative like lawyers / chartered accountants in order to provide the services as per the customer requirements.
- To meet with the prospects and provide them with necessary information related to onshore and offshore charges, license issuance procedures, bank deposit of share capital procedures and other information related to onshore & offshore of their companies.
