As a Telesales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales by contacting clients, introducing our real estate services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities- Contact existing clients via phone to present Sahak Properties properties and services.
- Identify customer needs, provide detailed information, and offer tailored real estate solutions.
- Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle client inquiries professionally, providing solutions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
