About the role

Department: On-sync Energy Management Services Company.

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with project requirements.
2. Prepare and manage Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and method statements.
3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
4. Lead and supervise the QA/QC team, including QA Engineers, QC Inspectors, Welding Inspectors, and NDT personnel.
5. Coordinate quality activities with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
6. Review and approve material submittals, technical documents, inspection reports, and test certificates.
7. Verify that all materials and equipment meet project requirements prior to installation.
8. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures and inspection plans.
9. Conduct audits, inspections, and quality surveillance activities.
10. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
11. Maintain quality records, test reports, and project documentation.
12. Participate in inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
13. Ensure quality compliance during mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover.
14. Prepare and present regular quality reports to project management.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 12–15 years of experience in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sector.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lead/Managerial QA/QC role on EPC/EPCC projects.
4. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), welding standards, NDT methods, inspection techniques, and material inspection practices.
5. Familiarity with industry standards, project documentation systems, and inspection/testing procedures.
6. Proven experience in large-scale construction projects, multidisciplinary quality management, and vendor/site inspections.
7. Experience handling audits, inspections, and compliance with international project standards.
8. Strong leadership, team management, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent reporting, documentation, and quality management capabilities.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
11. Preferred certifications include ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, CSWIP/AWS Welding Inspection Certification, NDT Level II, or other QA/QC-related certifications.
12. Experience with major EPC/EPCC projects and international project environments is preferred.
