Job description

• Customer behavior analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct comprehensive customer behavior and price sensitivity analysis.
• Market environment monitoring: Proactively monitor the market environment, including the competitive landscape, legal and economic factors, and international best practices.
• Customized pricing strategies: Develop and execute pricing strategies tailored for different markets, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, driving order growth, and maximizing profit through capturing customers’ willingness to pay including identifying new opportunities for monetization.
• New feature evaluation: Evaluate the potential of new features and support their deployment in local markets to enhance product offerings.
• Performance tracking: Continuously track order revenue and customer metrics, ensuring adherence to budget targets and implementing strategies to exceed them.
• Demand management: Improve customer experience by optimizing demand management and enhancing supply and demand efficiency.
• A/B testing: Plan and execute A/B testing experiments, analyze results, and formulate actionable recommendations based on the findings.
• Stakeholder management: Effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with pricing strategies and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; STEM or economics backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in tech start-ups, consultancy, or pricing-related positions.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen and a solid foundation in statistics.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of solving complex problems using large and diverse datasets.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and processes to diverse audiences across various markets and cross-functional teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with SQL is required to excel in this role.
