Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Officer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Company's compliance framework and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.The role involves close collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams, direct engagement with regulators, and acting as the Company's primary liaison with VARA.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Company’s primary liaison on regulatory and compliance matters
- Support the AML/CFT framework across CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity escalation processes
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits
- Prepare, maintain, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Support regulatory reporting, internal readiness, and audit coordination
- Develop training materials and deliver compliance training
- Work closely with internal teams to embed compliance and control requirements into business operations
