Designs RAG strategy and evaluation; experiments across Compass/Databricks with MLflow tracking.- Min experience: 4+ years DS/ML (2+ in NLP/RAG).
- Qualifications: BSc required, MSc preferred (ML/Stats).
- Specific skills: Python, PySpark, Databricks; embeddings & retrieval (Azure AI Search), chunking/OCR; prompt/guardrail tuning; offline/online eval (precision@k, nDCG, toxicity/PII checks); A/B testing & telemetry; model comparison via MLflow.
