We are currently recruiting for an Technical Coordinator HVAC systems for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose
The main role of the Sales Coordinator is to collect all the technical information for Blue and Non Blue Parts, provide this information to customer and Sales Team. Supporting to FLS about technical specs definition for UV lights, Smart Cooling etc.Responsible to provide technical support during projects. Working closely with suppliers to provide quarterly, yearly forecast. Strengthening relationship with suppliers. Working on new products, collecting market information about products, working with suppliers to finalize technical details.
Rolling out new products to strengthen / expand MEAHQ product portfolio. Working on Blue parts initiatives and supporting DDC team for technical queries. Working with sales teams to achieve their Non Blue parts targets.
Job Responsibilities- One point of contact for Blue and Non Blue Parts technical support.
- Provide related technical data to Sales teams and customers
- Technical support during finalizing the projects
- Coordination during executing projects
- Supporting to FLS about technical specs definition for UV lights, Smart Cooling etc.
- Prepare technical comparison with other competing products and share information with sales team.
- Develop and strengthen relationship with current suppliers
- Providing quarterly and yearly forecast for suppliers.
- Work closely with Associate Director to identify new products for MEAHQ
- Work closely with Supply chain to contact suppliers for new identified products
- Gather technical information and prices from suppliers and share comparisons with Sales Manager Create technical data sheets for new and current products
- Work closely with Sales team to roll out new products
- Work closely with DDC team for Blue parts
- Providing technical support for queries from sales team
- Working on initiatives like Recommended parts etc. and support sales team
- Coordinate with sales team to get quarterly forecast
- To provide monthly product sales report to Associate Director.
Education/Experience:
- Mechanical engineering (Degree / Diploma)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (HVAC is preferred) Abilities/Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Microsoft Office / Power Points expert
- Communication skills
- Customer focus orientated
- Analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
