PROJECT MANAGER

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our contracting team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing building construction projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, control, and successful completion of assigned projects while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage and coordinate Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, andconstruction teams.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Review and approve project reports, progress updates, and technical submissions.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, and commercial aspects of the project.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure proper coordination among all stakeholders.
• Resolve project challenges and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and updated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20 Years of Mandatory UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with one of the following parties is preferred: ALDAR, Musanada, ADNOC, Provis.
• Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Thorough understanding of construction contracts, project controls, claims management, and UAE regulations.
• Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
