Job Summary

Livify is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the UAE market and a strong background in Home Automation, Smart Homes, ELV, and Smart Building solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across residential and commercial automation projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the UAE.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Promote Livify's Home Automation, Smart Home, and ELV solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client & Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and end customers.
  • Attend client meetings, project discussions, and site visits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact from lead generation to project closure.

Proposals & Commercials:

  • Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, quotations, and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
  • Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Market Development:

  • Identify new residential and commercial projects in villas, apartments, offices, retail, and hospitality.
  • Track competitors, pricing trends, and market demands in the UAE home automation space.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 36 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE.
  • Mandatory experience in Home Automation / Smart Home / ELV businesses, such as :
  • Lighting & Curtain Automation.
  • Climate Control & Energy Management.
  • Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems.
  • AV & Smart Building Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UAE construction, fit-out, and project-based sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to close high-value residential and commercial projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to understand automation solutions and translate them into customer value.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Language Requirements:

  • English Fluent (mandatory).
  • Arabic Preferred / Strong advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup environment.
