Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Land Surveyor located in Dubai. The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting and managing topographic and land surveys, utilizing tools such as total station equipment.Daily tasks include preparing survey reports, performing building surveys, and ensuring accurate measurements to support construction projects. Collaborating with project teams, the role requires a meticulous approach to ensure alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
- Hands-on experience with Total Station operation and techniques
- Strong knowledge of Building Surveying and general Surveying principles
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Dubai's construction standards and guidelines is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certification or licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor is preferred
