• Proven experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate market and a track record of successful sales
• Sales acumen and negotiation skills to secure the best deals
• Ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and aiming for top results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages a plus
