Job overview
Taaleem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Economics teacher to join our IB World School.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in IB DP Business Management and IB DP Economics, fostering critical thinking, global awareness, and a passion for inquiry-based learning.
Key responsibilities:
- Teach IB Diploma Programme (DP) Business Management and/or Economics.
- Design and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and external IB examinations.
- Contribute to curriculum development, collaborative planning, and departmental initiatives.
- Support students' academic and personal growth within a diverse, international learning environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification and experience with the IB DP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of international education and inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
