Job Description
To ensure complete satisfaction of guests by maintaining high standards of service and attending to guests needs while visiting the outlet.
Food and Beverage Waitress must always strive to obtain maximum efficiency and promote teamwork (both within and outside of the department).
Qualifications- Must have at least one year work experience as a Waitress
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
