Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating with vendors, handling administrative and financial processes, and ensuring properties are maintained to high standards while maximizing occupancy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities, including marketing, tenant sourcing, and lease negotiations
• Prepare and administer lease agreements and related documentation
• Handle tenant onboarding, including move-in coordination and orientation
• Oversee rent collection, financial tracking, and reporting
• Manage lease renewals and amendments
• Coordinate tenant move-outs, inspections, and property turnover
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
• Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and regulations
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee overall property condition
• Prepare reports on occupancy, financial performance, and operations
• Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and crisis situations effectively
• Utilize property management systems and tools to streamline operations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize property performance

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of property management experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and property operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
• Valid UAE driving license
• Available to join immediately
