Charterhouse is working with an international single family office structure whom are looking for a Director Of Investment Operations to grow out and lead their operations, assisting the head of private office and principal with multiple different areas of the organisation.
The Director of Investment Operations will take ownership of the operations across their investments and wider group. The role will be varied and alongside fund structuring/ reporting, and will take the lead on their governance and CoSec duties.The firm have a global direct private markets investment strategy meaning their requirements from an operational standpoint are very much centred around fund structuring, reporting, company incorporation, SPV management and have to work with regulators from multiple jurisdictions.
Therefore this role would only suit and individual with extensive private market transaction exposure as opposed to a trade support individual.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have 10+ years experience within operations, finance or governance within ideally a lean single family office or investment manager. Due to the nature of a lean SFO, an individual must’ve worked in a smaller shop and be open to a broad coverage.Exposure to private markets transactions is a must as well.
