Reporting To: Operations Manager / Salon Coordinator

About the Role

Punctuality, hygiene, and exceptional customer service are non-negotiable in this role.

• Perform a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, hair styling, and makeup application
• Travel to client homes across Dubai with all required tools and products
• Consult with clients before treatments to understand preferences, allergies, and skin/hair concerns
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on client needs
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences and service history
• Manage appointments, confirm bookings, and communicate any delays promptly
• Upsell additional services and retail products where appropriate
• Handle tools, equipment, and products with care and ensure inventory is replenished on time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a beautician (home service experience preferred)
• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology from a recognized institution

• Salary + commission structure

• Must be comfortable traveling across Dubai (JBR, Downtown, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, etc.)
