Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Site Coordinator/Site Supervisor. The individual will oversee on-site operations, manage teams and workflows, and ensure the successful completion of air conditioning contracting projects.Core responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress against project timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and deliver quality outcomes on time.
Qualifications- - 3+ years of HVAC experience required
- Proven leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems installation, and maintenance
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in construction or contracting environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate coordination with clients, team members, and subcontractors
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry is highly desirable
