We are seeking a energetic, high-caliber professionals to join our Transformation Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives. The candidate should have the ability to assess and prioritize flow of IT demands under the established Demand Assessment and Management Framework of the Bank with agility.
Manager - Demand Assessment & Management Office
The candidate will be required to- Research and contribute in developing and implementing a demand management framework, governance rules, policies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth function of the department.
- Support in implementation of demand management strategy by gathering, evaluating and prioritizing demands in the pipeline that balances business urgency and long-term vision of the bank
- Use relevant, innovative and effective strategic and tactical evaluation frameworks for demand management particularly for evaluation and prioritization of key demands
- Assist in effective implementation of the reporting framework for demand portfolio into actionable tasks and activities that enables senior management to have a coherent view at progress of overall Demand
- Management agenda of the bank and its performance
- Support in managing the demand portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change
- Assist in defining, measuring, tracking and communicating key performance Indicator and performance balance score cards to monitor the performance of approved demand
- Evaluate the demand impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk using the right frameworks and tools
- Prepare and rollout required toolkits and templates in line with demand management strategy for demand
- Initiators so to effectively engage with Demand Management Office
- Contribute to the preparation of executive material for Senior management's review on recurring basis.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in Banking and Digital Transformation/ Test management/Project Management.
Proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
