About the Client:
A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Job Description:
- Coordinate material requests, LPOs, approvals, and delivery follow-ups between site and factory teams
- Manage transportation and vehicle-related matters including drivers, fuel, servicing, and RTA renewals
- Handle labour and HR documentation such as IDs, onboarding, insurance, and site access requirements
- Maintain attendance/manpower records and provide overall administrative and operational support to management
Qualifications:
- Arabic speaker with minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in administration, operations, construction, or contracting environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with experience using ERP systems, particularly Sage
- Strong organisational, multitasking, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment with high attention to detail
