Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our transportation team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving bus routes efficiently and ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times.
Responsibilities:- Operate the bus on assigned routes according to schedule and traffic regulations.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Assist passengers when boarding and disembarking the bus.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the bus interior and exterior.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly to the management.
- Follow all traffic laws and company regulations to promote a safe driving environment.
- Manage passenger interactions professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE commercial driving license with appropriate endorsements.
- Clean driving record with proven experience as a professional bus or vehicle driver.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
- Ability to stay calm and handle challenging situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all transportation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
