K-5 School Counselor - Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

An established international school in Ras Al Khaimah seeks an experienced School Counselor for grades K-5. In this role, you will provide academic, social-emotional, and developmental support to our youngest students. Build trusting relationships and design engaging guidance lessons focused on wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

Offer individual and small group counseling

Advise students on learning challenges, relationships, and self-esteem

Collaborate with teachers and parents to meet student needs

Develop and implement guidance curriculum lessonsEducational toys and games

Make referrals to external support services as needed

Requirements:

Master's degree in School Counseling or related field

Experience working with elementary age children

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Passion for supporting the whole child
