We have an exciting new opportunity HomecentreLandmark Group is currently Hiring MIS Executive- Logistics & Supply chain for Dubai, UAE (onsite).

Experience : 1- 5years

Job Description:

• Candidate should have experience to Power BI & Dashboards: Create and update logistics and supply chain reports weekly and monthly basis with automation tools.
• He/ She should be good at Booking Reports: error-check and publish weekly booking reports to maintain accuracy and transparency.
• He/ She should manage In-Transit Report: Compliance error-check and publish weekly transit reports, escalate shipment delays and inform respective teams. review and analyze transit lead time performance.
• Ability to handle Seasonal shipments tracking and monitoring (e.g. BTS, Ramadan and other business launches) and maintain detailed tracker for efficient management.
• Experienced in Volume projection & Optimizer report: Collecting information from planning and Buying team for containers optimization.
• CFS lead times report and delay analysis for all consolidation facilities. Validate delay reasons and publish reports.
• Handle of shipments and coordination with suppliers, arranging shipping instructions.
• Checking the Incoterms of orders
• Coordination with shipping Liens and freight forwarders for moving shipments.
• Monitoring incoming shipments for smooth delivery at warehouse
• Follow up with suppliers on SED (short / excess/ damages)
• Coordinating to arrange necessary shipping documents for timely payments to suppliers
• Update shipments information for pending, transit and arrived status.
• Ensure proper shipment coordination
• Knowledge on GCC custom regulations
• Knowledge on HS Code information and GCC customs procedures
