Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of construction projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Project BOQ.
2. Take Off all project quantities.
3. Prepare Commercial & Technical Tender packages.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
5. Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements to stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid evaluations.
8. Review and verify contractor claims and variations.
9. Collaborate with project teams to resolve financial disputes and issues.
