Roadshow and Off-Plan Property Consultant Dubai | Kredium
(Arabic / Romanian / Hungarian speaker preferred)
Kredium is looking for a high-performing Roadshow and Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is focused on selling off-plan properties to international and local buyers, while also helping support and manage property roadshows and events.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive off-plan property sales across Dubai's top developers.
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom client outreach to deal closure.
- Represent Kredium at real estate events and occasional roadshows.
- Deliver compelling presentations and property walkthroughs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and developers.
- Stay informed on Dubai market trends, project launches, and buyer preferences.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in off-plan or residential real estate sales in Dubai.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for roadshows and events when needed.
- Fluent in English; Romanian, Hungarian, or Arabic are highly preferred.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of UAE property regulations is a plus.
