At TheKnowledge Academy, we believe in growth and empowering people. As we expand, we are currently hiring dynamic and results-driven L&D Consultant to join our team.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Corporate Training, or Professional Education
- Proven experience in the GCC market (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait)
- Strong understanding of training needs analysis, competency development, and workforce learning solutions
- Experience in business development, client engagement, and training consultation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify client requirements and recommend suitable training and certification solutions
