Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and deliver impactful sales training programs that enhance the skills, product knowledge, and performance of automotive retail and fleet sales teams, driving improved customer engagement and sales results across UAE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective sales training programs tailored for the retail/fleet sales team.
• Impart detailed knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and competitive advantages.
• Coach sales consultants on customer engagement, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Lead practical exercises such as role-plays and on-floor coaching to enhance selling skills.
• Customize training materials to align with UAE market trends and brand standards.
• Monitor trainee progress through assessments and sales performance metrics.
• Provide comprehensive onboarding training for new retail/fleet sales hires.
• Train staff on CRM systems and digital tools to optimize lead management and follow-up.
• Keep the retail/fleet team informed on new vehicle launches, promotions, and showroom protocols.
• Deliver soft skills training focused on communication, customer service, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.
• Conduct refresher training aligned with marketing campaigns and product updates.
• Conduct on-site training sessions across showroom locations to provide hands-on support.

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Certified in training (e.g., Train the Trainer) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years training experience.
• Familiarity with retail and fleet sales processes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products and UAE market.
• Proficient in CRM, digital sales platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel frequently within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
